Reduced operational costs by $20 per annum through rationalization, virtualization and optimization of 4000 servers. Including switching off 450 unused servers which DHL were being charged for.
Reduced external costs by $15m per annum, reducing headcount from over 600 to 300, with no drop in delivery quality or quantity.
